One Night Only

With Phil Vassar & Friends

Saturday, October 10, 2026 · Nashville

Seats from $1,000

There is an estate in Nashville where songs get played the way they were written. And for one night only, you’re invited to experience it.

Opening

There is an estate in Nashville where songs get played the way they were written. No arena, no production, no distance between the person who wrote it and the person hearing it. Just a room, a few instruments, and the stories that come out when nobody is performing.

We are opening it for one night.

Seating is limited by design. Choose your place in the room below.

The Night

Phil Vassar on the stage, joined by a Country Music Hall of Famer and a Grand Ole Opry member. You will know every word.

Dinner by Carey Bringle of Peg Leg Porker, a James Beard House chef and Hall of Fame pitmaster. An open bar until the last song.

Surprises throughout the night. And when the room empties, a few will stay for one more set.

The Details

The evening goes on, rain or shine.

This is a 21 and over evening.

We're keeping the finer details close for now. In the weeks leading up to the 10th, you'll get everything else: arrival time, the estate address, and what to expect once you're through the door.

Good Company, For a Good Cause

Alongside the music and the dinner, a silent auction runs the entire evening, with proceeds benefiting Vanderbilt Medical Center Emergency Services. Bid on something you actually want, check back between courses, and watch the numbers climb. You'll leave having had one of the best nights of the year, and having done something meaningful with it as well.

What’s Included?

Have questions? We’ve got answers!

There's no waitlist and no lottery. Just a room that only holds so many people, on a night that only happens once. Choose your seat below.
