Nashville Event

We put you in a room you didn't know existed, with people you'll know for the rest of your life, for a moment that can't happen twice.

Coming October 2026

Why Nashville

Nashville earned the first invitation for a reason. It is a city that collapses the distance between artist and audience. A songwriter you've heard on the radio for thirty years might be three feet away, telling you why he wrote the second verse the way he did. A storyteller you've watched on national television might end the night sitting at your table, talking about something you'll think about for a year.

Every element of The Nashville Experience was chosen with the same standard: would we attend this ourselves. The answer, at every turn, was yes. What that means for you is a weekend with no filler, no obligation, and nothing that feels like it was added to round out an itinerary. Just three days in one of America's great cities, built around moments you will not find anywhere else.

The Experience

Friday evening begins at one of the top ten steakhouses in the country. Not a private dining room rented for the occasion. A meal designed for this group, in a setting that has earned its reputation over decades. The kind of dinner where the conversation matches the food. Later that evening, a performer who spent years in the NFL takes the room somewhere unexpected. Stories you will not hear on any stage, in any city, at any price.

Saturday moves to a private estate. An evening of music from some of Nashville's most celebrated artists, including a Country Music Hall of Famer alongside one of the most recognized singer songwriters in all of country music.

Throughout the weekend, one of the finest hotels in Nashville serves as home base. Every detail of your stay has been considered in advance. You arrive, we handle the rest.

High-level itinerary

Arrival — Friday Afternoon

The weekend opens at one of the most acclaimed steakhouses in the country. A table designed for this group, in a place that has earned its reputation over decades. After dinner, the room shifts. A performer whose life story spans professional football, national television, and a career that has moved audiences around the world takes the floor.

Who Should Attend

VRC is for couples who have done the resort, the cruise, the wine country weekend, and found themselves wanting something that goes deeper. People who love music the way Nashville loves music. Who understand that the best nights are not the loudest ones. Who want to be in a room where something real is happening and know they were chosen to be there. If that sounds like you, it probably is.

Some experiences are not advertised. They are shared.
